Corbin Seats  (Canada)

Do you find your back rest hard?, I had the foam replaced in mine , now its as good as my Utopia back rest. I also had some foam taken out of seat , shaped it better and added softer foam, its a better seat now for long rides. I added a GW back rest for my wife to the Corbin seat, will have it done next week. Today Im working on a cup holder for passanger which fits in the gas tank cover on body.   Wayne

Re: Corbin Seats  (United States)

Seatec---------I've had my Corbin sseat with the rider backrest for over a year now on my 650, and I find the seat to be a bit hard and uncomfortable----when I'm going over a bumpy section of road, I have to lean forward away from the rest to prevent my teeth from chattering-----If there is some way to take out the hard foam and insert some more comfortable foam, I would do it.----Ev

Re: Corbin Seats  (Canada)

I took the back rest to an upholestry shop and he took the hard foam out and replaced it with softer foam, cost $20. Before it would hurt my back, now its as good as my utopia back rest, very easy to fix.  Wayne
