New Trike Shop  (Canada)

I put some pictures in gallery of my new shop where I plan to build my new trike body. Pictures of my solar panels that  heat my floor.    Wayne-seatec

Wayne, that is a nice setup.

You'll enjoy that.

Re: New Trike Shop  (United States)

Good looking shop.  Now if you will give me a quote on my seat design, we can start making you some money.  Are you interested?

Chillbilly, I must be missing something, what do you mean quote on seat design, I answer a lot of emails about my trike, so I may have forgotten something.  Thanks for the comments on my shop.  Wayne

Re: New Trike Shop  (United States)

I had discussed arm rests with you some time ago.  I need to have someone create a new plastic extrusion (or fiberglass) and pad for the Executive backrest.  Seems you may have the knowledge and experience to do that.  If you are interested, I can send you a concept picture of what I'm looking for.  Maybe you could do it.  I'm willing to pay the going rate, whatever that is.

Re: New Trike Shop  (Canada)

I plan on making new armrests that will attach to the Givi trunk with a GW backrest if its possible but want be until i build my new trike body first. Send me your idea, it may be better than mine. If I build it you get a free one. Is it for the Exec back rest, it looks good but not a very good back rest in my opinion, I sold mine, wife did not like it.  Wayne

Re: New Trike Shop  (United States)

I've considered the Goldwing box/backrest, but I think they are too big and bulky for the Burgman, even one which has been triked like mine.  Even the aftermarket top boxes look out of place on the back of a Burgman.  The Executive backrest is great looking, just needs a little tweaking.  I'm sending you my thoughts and a conceptual drawing by a private email.  If you're interested in making it, I would consider giving up the pending patent.
